Philosophy: -The faculty of the school believes that Nursing Education is a process of growth towards the development of the student as a person, as a prospective member of the nursing profession who will uphold the dignity and honour of the nursing profession and strive to establish professional Autonomy in Nursing Education, practice and Research. The Professional nurse fulfils the responsibilities as a member of the community and as citizen of the country for the growth and development of the Profession.
The faculty also believes that the professional course will prepare the students with a high level of professional competency and skill and ability to meet the issues and challenges confronting with the profession and with an all round ability to be a Nurse, Teacher, Leader, Supervisor and an Administrator at various levels.
