                                    Achievements for the year 2025.

• The Department of Dermatology, Venereology, Leprosy, Government Medical College Srinagar in association with IADVL J&K conducted CME on eve of Rare Disease Day on February 28^th
• The Department organized a virtual guest lecture on 18th June at 2:30 PM by Prof. Ajithkumar K, Head of Dermatology, Kottayam Medical College, Kerala. The lecture, titled “Diagnosis & Cutaneous Manifestations of HIV,” offered comprehensive clinical insights into the dermatological spectrum of HIV, emphasizing early recognition, diagnostic challenges, and management approaches relevant to clinical practice.
• World Vitiligo Day observed on 25th june at postgraduate department of Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy, Government Medical College Srinagar. Main focus was on patient education & awareness followed by distribution of medicine.

Dr YASMEEN JABEEN

• Invited as External Examiner for MD Dermatology exam, Government medical college Jammu on 22^nd  and 23^rd  January 2025.
• Awarded certificate of Appreciation for dedicated and excellent service rendered to IADVL J&K as President at 53^rd National Conference of IADVL (DERMACON), held from 6^th to 9^th February 2025 at Jaipur.
• Conferred with Fellowship of IADVL academy of Dermatology(FIAD)  in recognition of exceptional dedication and significant achievements in the field of dermatology.
• Presented talk on dermoscopy 53^rd National Conference of IADVL (DERMACON), held from 6^th to 9^th February 2025 at Jaipur.
• Panelist in panel discussion on dermatomyositis at 53^rd National Conference of IADVL (DERMACON), held from 6^th to 9^th February 2025 at Jaipur.
• Organising advisor of 15^th Annual Conference of Association of Hair Restoration,  Surgeons of India (HAIRCON) on 4^th to 6^th April 2025 at SKICC , Srinagar.
• Presented talk on the topic : Trichoscopy including pediatric case / genotrichoscopy at15^th Annual Conference of Association of Hair Restoration,  Surgeons of India(HAIRCON) on 4^th to 6^th April  2025 at SKICC ,Srinagar.
• Chaired session on Advances in medical management of hair loss at15^th Annual Conference of Association of Hair Restoration, Surgeons ( HAIRCON) of India on 4^th to 6^th April  ,2025 at SKICC ,Srinagar
• Invited for guest faculty talk (Virtual) on Trichoscopy for GMC Kotayam, Kerala.
• Delivered a talk on “Best Cases from India” at the Global Dermatology Webinar conducted by the International Dermoscopy Society on 10 May 2025, marking World Dermoscopy Day.
• Moderated a session on Dermoscopy on 27th May 2025 in webinar by Dermatoscopy society of India.
• Moderated the Resident clinics session by IADVL J&K on 28th May.
• Speaker for the International speaker Symposium on  "Ultraviolet induced Fluorescence Dermoscopy- Non neoplastic conditions" in SIG Dermoscopy ISS Webinar on June 10^th
• Shared her expert talk on All India Radio for World Albinism Day (13th june)  and World Vitiligo Day (25th june), promoting awareness and education.
• Attended the “Dermoscopy & Trichoscopy Preceptorship and Hands-on Training” held on 30^th to 31^st  August 2025 at PGIMER, Chandigarh, where she contributed as faculty in Genotrichology workshop and Dermoscopic assessment of melanocytic and non-pigmented lesion and presented talk on Ultraviolet fluorescence dermoscopy .
• Served as NBEMS External Examiner for the DNB Dermatology Practical Examination at Government Medical College Anantnag on 11^th September 2025,
• External Examiner (MD Dermatology) for the University of Jammu on 17^th –18^th  October 2025
• Presented Mucoscopy of Vulval Lesions: Updates at Jammu CUTICON held on 25^th –26^th October 2025

• Participated as a panelist in a panel discussion on “Atypical Mycobacteria” at the SAARD XIII Conference 2025 held in Mangalore on 2 May 2025.
• Delivered a talk titled “Therapeutic Outcomes for Cutaneous Leishmaniasis” at Jammu CUTICON held on 25^th –26^th October 2025.
