Externship teaching program A batch of 25-30 Final year MBBS students undergo externship for 5 weeks. 5-6 Students/ unit. They are involved during morning consultant’s academic rounds and ward work, observing OT procedures and etiquette, daytime emergency & outdoors. They are also involved in academic activities like ppt presentations in order to groom them for future endeavors. In the end they undergo Ward leaving examination in form of Theory & Practical examination for Internal Assessment. Rosters for 2021 attached as links below.
Compulsory Rotatory Internship As a part of training students undergo 6 weeks of rotatory internship in Surgery and are involved in ward work, emergency work under supervision and academic activities.
Teaching & Training for Theatre Assistants in OTs in liaison with Registrar academics
